La scorsa Domenica abbiamo approfittato dell’ assenza di competizioni nei pressi e siamo andati all’ Autodromo di Monza a fare qualche scatto ai partecipanti dello Speed Day: Cabrio & Coupè Style, curiosi di vedere con che mezzi si sarebbero presentati i privati e quanto se la sarebbero sentita in pista.

Last Sunday we took advantage of the absence of competitions in our surrounding area and we went to the Autodromo di Monza to take some shots of the entrants of the Speed Day: Cabrio & Coupè Style, curious to see which kind of cars the privates would have been showed up with and how much courage they would have took on the track.

Bisogna dire che essendo uno Speed Day non è che ci aspettassimo un grande spettacolo, ma arrivare a vedere delle Ferrari impacciate in pista è stato abbastanza deprimente.

We need to say that being this a Speed Day, we were not expecting a big show, but looking at clumsy Ferraris with big problems on the track has been pretty disappointing.

Dobbiamo invece ringraziare alcune Porsche,

e le piccole MX-5 per esser riuscite a tener viva la sessione in pista portando un po’ di vivacità e di sorpassi a dei turni che rischiavano di diventare una fila indiana ad alta velocità.

and the small MX-5s for being able to keep entertaining the track stint bringing some action and overtakes to some shifts that could have been pretty boring.

Abbiamo anche fotografato una splendida Bmw 320 is, di un bianco perla che di sicuro farà storcere il naso ai puristi,

una sempre splendida e aggressiva Honda S2000,

Per concludere: se andate ad assistere a uno Speed Day, assicuratevi che ci sia un elevato numero di piccole sportive!

In conclusion: if you’re going to attend to a Speed Day, make sure that there’s a good amount of small sporting cars!
