I trackday sono sempre interessanti dal punto di vista motoristico, le auto che partecipano variano dalle piccole compatte alle più sportive supercar. Ora vi porteremo indietro di 40 anni grazie alla Gara Sociale organizzata dal Bresciacorse Club e dal Club Mille Miglia presso l’Autodromo di Franciacorta Daniel Bonara, che hanno organizzato questo trackday per i soci dei Club, i quali hanno portato le loro belle auto storiche a sgranchire le gambe in pista.

Trackdays are always interesting talking about motors, the cars competing goes from the small hatchbacks to the more sporty supercars. Now we’ll take you back of 40 years thanks to the Gara Sociale organized from the Bresciacorse Club and the Mille Miglia Club at the Autodrome of Franciacorta Daniel Bonara, that have organized this trackday for the members of the Clubs, which took their beautiful historic cars to stretch their own legs on the track. 

Il clima nel paddock era molto amichevole, si sentivano ovunque racconti e discussioni su gare e auto, la gente si divertiva e il meteo era dalla nostra parte.

The atmosphere in the paddock was very friendly, everywhere you could listen at stories and discussions about races and cars, people was having fun and the weather was on our side. 

Girare tra le auto storiche è un piacere, sia per ammirare le carrozzerie battute a mano e gli incredibili dettagli,

Walking between historic cars it’s a pleasure, for both looking at the handcrafted bodyworks and at the amazing details,

che per sentire i rombi dei carburatori e dei motori raffreddati ad aria.

Altre supercar erano presenti, come due Ferrari 308 GTB gemelle anche nel colore.

Una delle due sembrava arrivare direttamente dagli anni ’80, Magnum P.I. incluso!

Assolutamente degno di nota lo stoicismo di questo pilota, un ragazzo di 83 anni

La cura nei dettagli è incredibile, si potrebbero perdere ore per poterli appezzare tutti! Decisamente un livello di altri tempi!

The care in the details is incredible, it’s possible to spend hours to be able to appreciate all of them! Definitely old school levels!

Diverse le Renault Alpine A110 scese in pista,

Various Renault Alpine A110s entered the race track,

tutte bellissime e più o meno preparate per correre.

Qualcuno è stato fortunato e ha guadagnato anche un giro in pista da passeggero!

Someone has been lucky and got also a ride on the track as passenger!

Come si può vedere gli equipaggi sono stati molto disponibili anche con i più curiosi ed è sempre bello vedere gli appassionati a contatto con i piloti.

As you can see the teams has been very available even with the curious and it’s always nice to see the fans having a talk with the drivers.

Nei box ci siamo imbattuti anche in qualcosa di decisamente più moderno e tecnologico… una F3000, precisamente quella marchiata Autodromo di Franciacorta del pilota Mario Tomasoni, che è stata prima sottoposta al checkup di un esperto meccanico

In the box we have had a definitely different kind of encounter with something more modern and technological… a F3000, the one branded by the Autodrome of Franciacorta of the driver Mario Tomasoni to be precise, that has been treated by an expert mechanic

e poi preparata per una breve sessione di pista.

Prima di lasciare l’Autodromo abbiamo avuto il piacere di vedere nel parcheggio un’auto sempre più difficile da incontrare, una bellissima Alfa Romeo SZ,

Before leaving the Autodrome we have had the pleasure to see in the parking lot a car that is already pretty difficult to see around, a beautiful Alfa Romeo SZ,

una delle leggendarie Alfa disegnate da Zagato.
