Hirundo

Se vi chiedete cos’è Hirundo, diciamo che è riassumibile in due parole: motorsport e fotografia. Questa è la base di partenza di tutto ciò che gira intorno al nostro mondo, la velocità e la rappresentazione di essa sono ciò che ci spinge a condividere le nostre esperienze sui tracciati con voi, nella speranza magari di riportare anche un po’ della passione per i motori che una volta inondava le piste del nostro amato paese.

If you ask yourself what Hirundo is, let’s say that is summarized in two words: motorsport and photography. This is the base of everyhting for us, the speed and its representation are what bring us to share our experiences on the tracks with you, with the hope of maybe bringing back some of the passion for the engines that once used to flood the tracks of our beloved Country.

Noi abbiamo sempre avuto fin da piccoli una passione smisurata per i motori, ci siamo sentiti chiamare fanatici, malati di auto, pazzi, e a noi ridevamo sotto i baffi perchè in pochi capivano effettivamente la nostra gioia nel vedere sfrecciare un’auto e ascoltarne la sua sinfonia accompagata dagli scoppietti dello scarico in scalata di marcia. Appena è stato possibile abbiamo iniziato a seguire corse di qualsiasi genere, basta che le auto corressero e noi eravamo contenti.

Since we were kids we’ve always had an immense passion for engines, people called us fanatics, mad about cars, crazy, and we laughed up one’s sleeve because just a few were actually able to understand our joy while looking a car speeding and hearing its simphony coming with the crackles of the exhaust while downshifting. As soon as it was possible we started to follow every kind of races, if the cars were racing we were happy with it.

Con le prime gare arrivarono le prime foto e portammo avanti la passione sino ad oggi. Tornati dal 3° Rally di Franciacorta iniziammo ad avere i primi feedback positivi e convincenti sulle nostre foto e decidemmo così di approfondire la cosa. Da quell’evento in poi abbiamo avuto modo di fare esperienze e immortalare scene stupende, siamo passati dal conoscere leggende del rally al seguire test invernali all’Autodromo di Monza (il nostro circuito di riferimento dato il nostro essere Milanesi),

With the first races, also the first photos started to came and we carried on the passion till nowdays. Back from the 3rd Rally di Franciacorta we started to receive the first positive and convincing feedbacks on our photos e we decided to deepen the thing. From that event ahead we had the chance to make experiences and immortalize wonderful scenes, we passed from meeting rally legends to follow winter tests at the Autodrome of Monza (our main track since we’re Milanesi from Milan),

dalle gare di auto storiche alle nuove leve delle ruote scoperte, dalle endurance ai campionati turismo, passando per il drifting e con una chicca prima delle ferie, Formula 1 storiche… se non avete mai assistito a una rievocazione del genere, assicuratevi di non mancare alla prossima!

from the historic races to the new generations of the open wheelers, from the endurance to touring championships, going through the drifting and with a gem before the summer vacations, historic F1s… if you never attended to a reenactment like this one, be sure not to miss the next one!
